Welcome to the SUSA Pre-Team website! We're so excited that you are interested in the best youth sport available. Our pre-competitive team is designed for swimmers who are ready for the next step after swim lessons. This program focuses on introducing and refining the four competitive strokes, learning legal starts and turns. Swimmers will be introduced to the basics of competition in a safe, fun, supportive environment, while building confidence, teamwork, and good training habits. The SUSA pre-team is the beginning of the swimming journey.

SUSA offers quality professional coaching techniques. Our coaches are certified through USA Swimming, the American Swimming Coaches Association, and the American Red Cross.

All interested swimmers will need to schedule a try-out for a skills assessment. To sign up for a TRY-OUT, click the TRY-OUT button.

Our Pre-Team has limited space available due to high demand, so you will want to sign up quickly!
